Refund policy
At Kin Suki, every piece is delicate, carefully crafted, and packaged with care. Due to the fragile nature of our porcelain and glassware, and to ensure the highest level of product safety, we do not accept returns once an order has been opened or delivered.
No Returns (Non-Defective Items)
We do not offer returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong color chosen
- Items you no longer want
- Unopened or opened products that are not defective
Once an order is delivered, it cannot be returned, as fragile pieces cannot be shipped back safely without risking damage.
💛 We do replace damaged items
If an item arrives broken, chipped, cracked, or faulty, we will immediately replace it free of charge.
Please send us within 24–48 hours of delivery:
- A photo of the damaged item
- A photo of the shipping box + packaging
- Your order number
We’ll take care of the rest.
